You don’t lack willpower. You have too many apps built to hook you.
Batt puts a pause between you and your phone: a walk, a run, a few minutes of movement. By the time you’re back, you’ve already done something good for yourself.
Based on studies from

You swap the habit of using your phone for the habit of moving.
A four-step loop built on the science of habits and mental health.

Choose the apps that steal your time and energy: social feeds, short videos, games. Batt locks them. Removing easy access works better than willpower.

Walk or run: every minute you move charges your battery. For now, Batt counts your steps, but very soon it will add cycling and bodyweight workouts, and connect with your favorite fitness apps. Swapping sitting time for movement lowers the risk of depression.

1 minute of movement = 1 minute of use in your locked apps. Use them whenever you like, knowing what they cost: every scroll session was earned by moving. You decide, not the algorithm.

Streaks and levels turn movement into a routine. Habits come from repetition, not willpower: the more you show up, the easier it gets and the more energy you have.
Block TikTok, Instagram or any app that drains your energy.
Gets you walking, running, cycling or doing bodyweight exercises.
Watch your progress. In one week you can cut your social media time by more than 50% and log 7 hours of exercise.
A game-like experience that helps you build the habit with almost no effort.
Share your progress with friends and challenge each other to see who improves most.

Blocking alone leaves a gap, and the old habit comes back to fill it. Replacing a bad habit with a good one works better than only removing it. And moving lifts your mood: there is more and more evidence that exercise helps prevent and ease depression.

Not yet, but it’s on the way. Soon you’ll be able to connect your favorite fitness apps, so every workout you log there also charges your battery.
